Self Portrait
I think one of the hardest things to do as a photographer is to take a self portrait, and as you can see I completely suck at it. Have I mentioned that I hate being on this side of the camera??? LOL! Anyhoo, I got a new 'do' today so I thought I would try and get some updated pics of myself for my site. Here is my feeble attempt. Sorry, they're not good! Taken in my bathroom mirror with horrible tungsten light.
On another note, I just want to say how much I LOVE the new iTouch!!! This friggin' thing is awesome!! Videos, YouTube, WiFi... what more can a girl want?!! Being the gadget nerd that I am, I'm in hog heaven!!!

Heart of Florida Model A Restorers Club
I was honored when my dear friend, Sandi, asked me to be the official photographer at the banquet for the Heart of Florida Model A Restorers Club last Saturday, December 8th, in Mt. Dora. I have known Sandi since we were about 10 years old and lived next door to each other and was completely humbled when she asked me to photograph this event for her. It was held at the beautiful Lakeside Inn in Mt. Dora. Members of the Club dressed in period attire and drove their GORGEOUS Model A's and had a wonderful banquet inside the Inn afterwards (complete with a Ragtime band)! I photographed each of the members by their cars in front of the Inn before the banquet commenced. If anyone is interested in joining this wonderful Club, you can find out more info at their Blog. They are a great group of people and I highly recommend it!! Here is just a preview. I'm sorry I'm not able to post every single member with cars here, and I'm not singling out any certain ones, these are just random shots I grabbed. All the cars were stunning and the group members were fabulously dressed, as you can see!!!

The Riesen Family
I had the pleasure of photographing Steve & Cindy and their beautiful family on Sunday on the Rollins College campus in Winter Park. Is this a gorgeous group or what?!? And I can't believe I got one with all the dogs looking at me!!! Thank you all for being so patient and most of all, allowing me the privilege to photograph this wonderful family! Here's a few of my favorites so far.

Alyson
I had the pleasure of photographing Miss Alyson today for Christmas pics. I see her all the time, but I don't get to always see her looking quite so beautiful! She was a joy, posing like a veteran model for me. She even made me a beautiful picture for my desk, which I love and I have it proudly displayed! Here are a few of my faves.

Christy & Steve
My dear friend, Christy, is getting married in April and I'm SO excited!!! Not only because I'm photographing her special day for her, but just to finally see her as a beautiful bride! I got together with her, her fiance Steve, and Missi (the newest addition to the family) on Sunday at Loch Haven park and got some great shots of them. Missi was just having way TOO much fun but did end up being a good girl and smiling for the camera. I just love how casual and laid back they are. Just like me, so that works with my style! Don't you just love late afternoon light?! It is so soft and warm. This is all natural light, no flash. Congrats to you both and I wish you a lifetime of happiness. Christy is going to make one gorgeous bride!!! Here's a couple of my faves:

The Duffy's
I was thrilled to finally get to photograph my dear friend, Tammy's, beautiful family! Tammy and I have been friends for about 15 years, and even though we don't get to see each other as much as we'd like to, she is a dear, dear friend of mine who I love. I photographed her and her husband Mike and their 5 kids. I may be a bit biased, but I think this is the most gorgeous family! Here are their 5 beautiful kids: Lauren, Nicholas, Liam, and the twins, Julia & Katelyn. I'm just now starting to process them and these are just a few that caught my eye.
You can see where the kids get their gorgeous looks from

My NEW website
I'm SOOOO excited!! My brand, spankin' new website is being debuted today. Please check it out HERE. It is Gorgeous!! The images are huge, which I love! It's also more me; more reflective of my style. Under the GALLERIES tab, check the Products page for previews of the products I offer. I have many Clients ask me what is a storyboard, or what is a Fine Art Canvas Wrap? There are previews there, which provide great visual examples. Also, if you want to turn off the music, down in the lower right-hand corner next to the shopping cart, there is an image of a CD (you can see it above). Just click on that and it will mute the music. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!!
