Daisy's Child Model Search

Daisy's model search was a huge success yesterday! Thanks to all the parents and kids that were selected! I had a great time!! If you haven't been by Daisy's Boutique in Winter Garden, you MUST stop in! She has an awesome selection of gorgeous children's clothes (her Fall collection is what the kids are modeling and is to die for!) as well as eco-friendly toys. LearnFest Workshop

UPDATE: I am back and what an amazing experience this has been! An awesome group of photographers from all over the world and I was so proud to be a part of it. Thank you to everyone that had a part in putting this on. It was extraordinary and something I won't soon forget. I made lots of new friends which made it even more memorable! Thanks everyone for an awesome week!

I will be out of the state in beautiful Bald Head Island, North Carolina from Monday, Sept. 22nd, through Friday, Sept. 26th. I will be attending the first-ever LearnFest workshop with four of the most amazing and talented child photographers in the country: Audrey Woolard; Tamara Lackey; Lena Hyde; and Laura Novak. I am truly honored to be in their presence. I hope to return fully refreshed and inspired to serve my client's needs that much better. I have never been to Bald Head Island before but it sounds amazing: no cars, you get there by ferry and get around by golf cart or bicycle. During my absence, I will not have access to email or voicemail. I promise to get back to everyone upon my return (with lots of photos!)

Playground Magazine Fall Issue

As you have seen on my Blog throughout the year, I am honored to be a part of a great new magazine here in Orlando, Playground Magazine. Their Fall issue just hit the streets and it is awesome! Every couple of months me and my photographer friends get together and shoot just for the fun of it. No pressure, no stress, just us out having a good time! Today we all got together downtown with some models and had a blast! Thank you Tabitha for getting such awesome models for us to work with!

The Wiencierz Family

I had the absolute pleasure photographing the Wiencierz family on Monday. They came all the way from Scotland to visit our beautiful city and asked me if I could take some photographs for them to remember their trip by. Kai is 3 and baby William is 1 and just starting to walk. We played on the playground, fed the ducks and swans and luckily it was an absolutely gorgeous Florida day for them (very hot and humid too!). Stacey, I cannot thank you enough for allowing me the privilege to capture some precious moments of your first trip to the US. It was a pleasure meeting you and your beautiful family!! Please come back again :)
